A couple weeks ago I went camping with my family and my sister asked me about my "goals" I had an idea of some long term goals...stuff like lose weight for my wedding, eat better, work out more. Those were all goals of mine or even more specific 'get to a size where I can go to 6 flags comfortably' but in terms of short term achieveable goals I didnt have any...and honestly couldnt think of any. However my sister is persistant sometimes annoyingly so and so she got me thinking what are some of my goals.
Here is what I came up with:
1. Join the Gym (suck it up and join)
2. Go to the gym
for at least 4 days a week for 30 mins (min)
3. 50lbs
That's a really good start. You get to knock one of these goals off your list on Monday! :)
